Multi-product container loading

Define container dimensions, optionally select a container from a packaging catalogue, and fill product rows manually or from product catalogue.

How to use this tool
Estimate how many products, cartons, pallets, or mixed items can be loaded into a transport unit.
1. Define the transport unit

Use the internal loading dimensions in mm. For trucks, trailers, sea containers, or cargo compartments, enter the usable loading space, not the outside vehicle size.

2. Add the items to load

Each row can represent a product, carton, pallet, crate, or another load unit. Dimensions are in mm; weight is in kg.

3. Set rotations and stackability

Use R1/R2/R3 to control allowed orientations. Clear Stackable when other load units must not be placed on top of that product.

4. Review dimensional and payload limits

The result checks both available loading space and max payload. A practical validation step is still needed for load securing, axle load, stacking limits, and local transport rules.

Transport unit
Use manual internal loading dimensions or select a transport unit from the packaging catalogue.
Space Evenly: Creates strong product blocks and distributes cargo using the Space Evenly loading strategy.
Load Front-to-Back: Creates strong product blocks and fills the load progressively from the back toward the doors.
Space Evenly – Mixed Cargo Infill: Uses Space Evenly as the main loading strategy and fills bounded side residuals with compatible remaining products. Explicit sequence groups are respected.
Load Front-to-Back – Mixed Cargo Infill: Uses Load Front-to-Back as the main strategy and fills compatible side residuals while preserving the active loading frontier. Explicit sequence groups are respected.
Leave blank if you only want dimensional loading validation.
Use the empty transport unit weight if you want a gross loaded weight summary.
